What is included

A consistent approach to reviews and reputation

We start with what customers see about your business, then agree on platforms, priorities, responsibilities and a regular working schedule.

01

A steady flow of feedback

Set up review invitations after a purchase or completed service. Customers describe their own experience, choose their rating and publish their own review.

02

Disputes and negative reviews

Understand what happened, prepare a response and help find a resolution for the customer. Where there are signs of a policy violation, prepare a report for the platform.

03

Recovery after reputation attacks

Document suspicious activity, gather evidence and agree on a communication plan. Work through the steps needed to rebuild trust in your brand.

04

Reputation as you grow

Bring new markets and platforms into one plan. Set ownership and response times, with regular reporting on changes and unresolved issues.

FAQ

Reviews, difficult situations and working terms

Verified status depends on the platform’s rules and how customer experience is confirmed. On Trustpilot, reviews can receive this label through automated invitations or a documentation check. Having an account alone does not confirm customer experience.

The guarantee lasts one month after publication. If a review disappears during that period, the scenario provides for its restoration or replacement. The terms must be agreed before work begins.

A negative rating alone is not grounds for removal. If a review violates platform rules, we help gather evidence and submit a report. The platform makes the decision. Otherwise, we focus on the response and resolving the customer’s issue.

Yes. Discounts are available on selected platforms for orders of 10 or more reviews. Terms are agreed individually.

Let’s talk about what is happening with your reputation.

Share your company profiles and what needs attention: too few reviews, an unresolved dispute, a brand attack or a new market. We will agree on a starting point and budget.
