To meet the management's objectives and provide comprehensive marketing support for the vast product portfolio, I had to rebuild the marketing department from scratch, doubling its size (from 12 to 30 people). I restructured the marketing processes, developed and implemented an automated end-to-end analytics system, introduced the practice of conducting marketing research and a data-driven approach to marketing decisions, implemented Agile project management in the marketing department, and established Jira as the main task tracker.
