About
I’m a Fractional CMO and Marketing Advisor experienced in tech business. I help founders get out of marketing chaos and build a clear, predictable growth engine instead of running everywhere at once. Over the past 8 years, I’ve launched and scaled products to $1M+ in revenue by building full GTM foundations.

What I focus on
Top 3 past clients
1. KeenEthics: EU-based custom software development agency focused on AI/ML, web and mobile development. I joined the team as Fractional CMO and was responsible for conducting a thorough marketing audit, defining points of growth, and building a marketing function as a system rather than a bunch of activities.
2. Logity Tech: a US-based company delivering different products and solutions for the logistics industry, including dispatch service, AI tools for brokers and owner-operators, and much more. I was responsible for launching digital marketing for brand new projects, as well as scaling and optimizing existing funnels through SEO, PPC, Social and Email channels.
3. Würth: a worldwide wholesaler of fasteners, screws and accessories. I worked with the Ukrainian branch of Würth Group as the Fractional Head of Retention. My responsibilities included building Retention Marketing from scratch with a focus on increasing repeat customer rate and revenue from repeat purchases.
Business case of experience
If you're running a business at $1–3M in annual revenue, chances are your marketing is already running. Leads and clients are coming in. But you can't tell which channels actually work, why some deals close and others don't, or how to grow without just spending more.
That's not a budget problem. That's a system problem.
I'm Den. As a Fractional CMO, I work with companies past their first $1M who are ready to move from marketing that “kind of works” to a pipeline that scales without depending on any single channel, contractor, or person (including me).
Before I advised on marketing, I ran it hands-on at every stage. Content funnels, SEO growth, Google and Meta Ads campaigns, email automation, LinkedIn and much more. I've built all of these from scratch, hands-on. That's the difference between strategy that looks good in a deck and strategy that actually ships.
My core experience is B2B and B2C tech products, IT agencies and eCommerce platforms. I work primarily with the US market, with some active EU projects as well.
Here's what that looks like in numbers:
• Built a content system from scratch at a B2B SaaS company. 300+ articles in 6 months at $37/piece. 6.6M organic sessions over 7 years – still running without active management.
• Launched a new logistics product in the US market from zero. SEO and Google Ads as the core channels – $2M in revenue within 18 months.
• Grew an e-commerce email channel by 245% YoY – not by sending more emails, but by replacing batch-and-blast with a behavior-based personalization system.
• Reduced cost per SQL by 49% and 41% across two B2B products in the US – while cutting ad spend. The bottleneck was never the channel. It was broken tracking and contractors who didn't understand the ICP.
Across all of these, the root cause was almost never the channel itself. It was always the foundation: clean data, ICP clarity, and clear accountability for outcomes.
Every engagement starts with a full audit: channels, team, contractors, tech stack, analytics. You leave with a concrete roadmap and clear priorities, not a 40-slide deck. Then we build the foundation: market positioning, ICP, value proposition, channel mix. Goals, budgets, and KPIs before a single dollar moves.
On execution, I work with your existing team or contractors. If you need new hires or specialized partners, I help source them. Content, SEO, paid, retention, social – I've done all of these myself, and now I build them for clients.
I take on no more than 3 clients at a time. That's intentional: you get a senior marketing partner, not someone spread across a dozen accounts.
If that sounds familiar – let's start with a 30-minute strategy call. We'll dive deeper and find where the bottleneck is.
